Has THIP had an impact on your life?

I feel increased energy - no bloating or feeling tired after eating.  Skin looks better..  Groceries are costing less too.  Improved mood (at times…)

Have you experienced any health improvement?

Yes - drop in B.P and reduced meds!

What would you like others to know about THIP?

The information is practical and useful.  Excellent comraderie from cohort group and presenters.  Lots of support, encouragement each meeting.  Lots of resources made available at no cost.

How have you changed since starting THIP?

Totally changed my diet and how I cook.  I think differently about the food industry- I now know about the damage they are causing to people and the environment in a more comprehensive way.
